BASIC SYSTEM

The first of our MD DispenseIT™ systems is our Basic - quick and easy - literally a three step program that can be easily completed in less than one minute for each patient prescription. In many cases, your office staff can complete the simple process under your supervison.

• STEP #1

  Select the medication bottle from the storage cabinet and peel off the back label that includes several indentifer stickers. Each sticker has complete product information including lot number and expiration date.

• STEP #2

  Place one ID sticker in the Dispensing Log. Use the other ID stickers for the patient chart and the others for the superbill, claim form, etc. Fill in the patient's name and date of service on the carbon backed patient label.

• STEP #3

  Peel off the completed patient label and apply it to the medication bottle. The label provides complete information for your patient including dosing, cautions, and your practice contact information.
